Bisnoi Healthcare Consulting
Terms of business
A summary of how we work with Irish healthcare employers. Full written terms are issued before any candidate is introduced.
Bisnoi Healthcare Consulting is a licensed employment agency, holding licence EA 5738 under the Employment Agency Act 1971. This page summarises the commercial basis on which we work. It is a summary for information, not a contract. The signed terms of business issued to each client govern the relationship.
What we do
We source, screen and introduce nurses and healthcare assistants from India and the Philippines to private nursing homes and homecare providers in Ireland, and we coordinate the file through professional registration, the employment permit route, travel and a confirmed start date.
We are a recruitment agency, not the employer. The employer engages the candidate directly, sponsors the employment permit, and is responsible for the contract of employment, Garda vetting, and all statutory obligations to the employee.
Fees
- A fixed placement fee per candidate, agreed in writing before any introduction and confirmed in the terms of business.
- Payment in stages, typically part on the issue of the employment permit and the balance on the candidate's confirmed start date. No fee is payable on the submission of a CV.
- The fee is invoiced by us. Where a partner agency in the candidate's home country is involved, we pay them from our fee. The employer receives a single invoice.
- Third-party costs are separate and are met by the employer directly, including the employment permit application fee, any labour market needs test advertising, and any relocation support the employer chooses to offer.
Rebate
If a placed candidate leaves, or their employment is terminated for reasons other than redundancy, within the rebate period set out in the terms of business, we provide a replacement search at no additional placement fee, or a proportionate refund. The rebate period and the sliding scale are agreed with each client in advance.
Candidates are never charged
No candidate introduced by us pays any fee, at any stage, to us or to any partner agency, and no recruitment cost is recovered from a candidate's wages. Every partner agency we work with warrants this in writing, and we verify it with candidates directly. This follows the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel, and Irish law, which prohibits charging a jobseeker for work-finding services and prohibits an employer or their agent from recovering permit-related costs from a permit holder's pay.
Introductions and confidentiality
Candidate details are shared with a client only for the purpose of assessing them for a specific role, and only with the candidate's consent. Client details, terms and vacancy information are treated as confidential. An introduced candidate may not be passed to a third party, including another entity in the client's group, without our written agreement.
Data protection
We process candidate and client data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. Our privacy notice explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and how international transfers are safeguarded.
